While Fable Anniversary had a mixed reception
on the Xbox 360, it was still a
game that many people would love to play and so far most
games that have been ported over to the PC from their
console counter part with Alan Wake being the strongest advocate to prove this true, we can only hope that Steam sales of Fable Anniversary are
enough to open MIcrosoft's eyes towards the presence of the PC gaming community and hopefully be encouraged to release first party studio titles such as Halo 5 to the PC along side the Xbox One.
I can't stress

games compared to other

console suddenly have a hard time finding something else to play
on another

on Nintendo systems» «no wonder devs don't make

games», «R.I.P. PEEU», «NINTENDO IS DOOMED» and more of that nonsense, yet a third party
game becomes available and it more then doubles the system sales.

Before the switch released, everyone that wasnt a blind nintendo fanboy knew this
console was going to be underwhelming and wasnt going to be powerful
enough to run AAA 3rd partys... Nintendo fanboy: But why bring that up when you can easilly play those

What they were doing last
console generation at a rock solid 60 fps while most
games were stuck at 720p and not even consistent 30 fps was impressive
enough, and the Black Ops 3 beta was one of the most visually impressive
games I've played
on my PS4 so far.

Steam users (like me) often run into this problem, and have more
games than we will EVER beat, or playthrough once, let alone have time / money for ALL the newest next - gen
games to play as well... Which is why, picking a primary
console is the ONLY realistic option for most of us
gamers... it Isolates the types of
games, the AMOUNT of
games so we aren't backlogged
on «must play» titles after being out only six months, and so we can actually USE our
consoles enough to justify the purchase in the first place.
It's just a case of 3DS pretty much being the only viable option for the next Kingdom Hearts
game when they had to make the decision about which
console to develop it for (1) the part of Osaka team working
on these Kingdom Hearts
games is not big
enough to do
console level stuff without the help of other teams, which aren't available due to all having their own things going
on, 2) PSP simply isn't a good platform anymore outside Japan and 3) Vita arrived too late to the scene + it would've required a bigger team as well).
I've always seen the Wii U as an alternative
console rather than a next - gen one anyway and the unique
games on the way are more than

As a long - time
gamer, I kind of shook my head at the youngsters who mortgaged their current - gen collections to get the new
consoles right away, because usually a launch
console isn't entertaining
enough to stand
on its own as far as full - time entertainment over the first year.
However, with the similar technology and features that all next - gen systems will have it's doubtful that the Wii U will get left behind in the graphics race since the difference will not be noticeable
enough to warrant actually purchasing another
console based
on the sole reason of the Wii U not being able to run a certain
game like what happened with the original Wii.»

Games - Real Time Strategy
games have never really worked
on consoles with very few exceptions (see Halo Wars) and that is simply because the traditional controller set up is not accurate / fluid
enough to handle the kind of unit management demanded by RTS».
But so far this feels like a remaster that is intended to do just
enough to refresh the
game for the latest
console generation, rather than one aimed at courting a new audience
on PC.
Still, there have been quite a few calls for it to be released
on home
consoles already, and
enough hints that that could become a reality at some point, so at least it's got better luck than our next two
games...
The open world of Dying Light lets you explore and do whatever you want whenever you want, the
game is also packed to the brim with Easter eggs and side quest, both in the original
game and the Following expansion and will give you
enough entertainment to outlast most other releases
on the new
consoles, so the value is definitely there if you are into open world
games.
Now, I hate to poop
on Phil's parade (or however that metaphor goes) but given Microsoft have already erected an enormous granite middle finger to anyone audacious
enough to want to play Xbox 360
games on their Xbox One, it seems a little rich to expect them to pay again for a product they not only have
on their perfectly functional
console, but also could download for free
on PC.
Definitely one of the strongest remasters available
on the current gen
consoles, with
enough improvements to more than compete with most new
games.
