Also, my loaf

enough so I made some little «mini
muffins»
in small cup cake silicone moulds, and cooked them just half an hour, they were also nice.
After doubling, I took out
enough of the batter to make 6 rolls
in a
muffin top
pan.
I just used baking spray (the cooking spray that has flour) and let the
muffins cool
in the
pan long
enough.
Nice recipe — and yes, I also had
enough for 18
muffins in my medium
pan.

in this I can't have (Except sugar) Going to see if I can try Xylitol, may make a half batch incase they don't turn out Might put them
in bite sized
muffin pans (Since I'm not sure I have a small
enough pan.
