However, that means the team has to be that much better technically, and I am afraid that we still do not
enough quality in the team.
Let's face the truth, with Wenger's stupid and stubborn ego, his stinginess plus his current lack of honesty concerning finding quality worth spending on, adding to the fact that we lack
enough quality in our team, it should be obvious to any clear minded Gunner who has been a fan for the last 7 years or so to know we are not going to win EPL this season and as long as Wenger remains as manager.
Walcott is the biggest fraud in top flight football... How the hell did we end up with this hapless whippet... Just not

A player will not change our fortunes — we have
enough quality in the team if the manager does not force people to play out of their positions and if the players do their job — Next match Arsenal should just focus on shutting shop at Liverpool and go for a cleansheet — the midfield needs to be told to focus on disrupting more and just give the ball to ozil / Sanchez — just sit back and stop attacks.

If we start this season with those two
in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this
team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where
teams don't have
enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management
team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a
team with the
qualities necessary to excel
in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a
team who plays players out of position so often... of course not because that manager would likely be fired and never work for a
team of any consequence ever again
The only way to get the best out of Rambo is to sell him for anything above 20m but as I suspect no top

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... The players Wenger signed to strengthen the
team, namely Mustafi, Xhaka and Kolasinac are simply not good
enough for an aspiring top four
team. They along with Czech and Ospina should be the first to be shown the door along with all the players currently out on loan. The Club would take a big bit
in terms of resale value but it would free up considerable wages to be utilised
in bringing
in better
quality defenders.Anybody who sees a bright future for Arsenal with Mustafi at Centre Back has my sympathy.
Big
in your list I can agree that all these players would improve us, but let's look at our CB At the moment Kos, top player but is struggling with a inj which may or may not heal, at the moment he isn't match fit so not up to his own high standard, so needs help or a defender of his
quality so he can go and recover properly So then we have Mert, too slow and no longer good
enough, I'm not sure if he's even good
enough for 3 rd choice CB, too slow, poor on the air for his size and not brave
enough, he's lasted this long due to Kos he needs a Top class CB just to allow him to play against average
teams Ok now Reid not top class we can all agree so we couldn't really play him with MERT as he isn't Kos
quality so can't cover merits deficiencys He could be ok with Kos but Kos is struggling So is Reid what we need???? And finally Wenger if he has all 3 fit will still play Kos / Mert first choice Oh and God forbid we play MERT / Reid against the top
teams like Chels / city / utd / Southampton Chuckle chuckle
But then if you compare United to Real Madrid you have to be honest, how many
teams in the world can come even close
enough to the
quality in which Real Madrid possess, and still beating them?
Why do we keep saying Arsenal can't compete?we are
in the top 10 highest paying
teams in terms of wages, we are paying world class wages to the wrong players who are not good
enough quality to win us titles!
We had a LOT of gaps appear
in our
team, anyone with a head on their shoulders would know it wasn't going to be this year where we win the EPL as we needed close to a squad to get
enough quality in depth without relying on unproven youth acadamy players.
The sad truth is that we are just a couple of players away from having a very strong starting 11... Wenger's fixation with Walcott and mertesakher as starting players remains a mystery to me... neither have the
quality of a top
team like arsenal... I am not a giroud hater but he is still too inconsistent and the big question is whether welbeck can push him
in a way Walcott won't... Campbell has done well and has moved ahead of Walcott and, ox for sure but there is still a question about how much more he can improve... Elneny is certainly an upgrade over arteta and flamini whether he will make it I don't know just hope that he does but arguably wenger could have been more ambitious... That leaves a top
quality striking option... There is no doubt that wenger deluded himself over the summer and that needs to be corrected ASAP... Draxler dybala aube and even griezman with a big
enough big could have been prized
in summer... january not a good time for this but it is not difficult to find better options than Walcott ox or Campbell... All a question of whether wenger wants to win EPL on his terms or wants to win this for the club
i agree we need DM but i surely do nt with people who says arteta is not premier league
quality and also consider him no good than flamini I feel he is good
enough to start against any
team that ended
in the bottom half of table last year and all the carling cup and fa cup matches upto quaters!!
Arsene Wenger is the problem of Arsenal... No analysis can save U... VIDAL, DRAXLER, HIGUAIN, IBRAHIMOVIC, JACKSON MARTINEZ, REUS, etc would have added
quality to d
team & given us chance, but Arsene Wenger refused to spend, instead we have Ramsey, Walcott, Ox, Willshere, Flamini, Mertesacker, Gibs, players who can't be starters
in Spurs aren't good
enough to be
in Arsenal... But Wenger Luvs them, and will keep them.
you fans from the beginning of the season some of us where saying the
team is not good
enough no Wolcott is on fire bellerin best left back Sanchez ozil Lauren world class ox running the midfield some of us are not fool that easy the i said the
team where actually overachieveing base on the
quality of the players we are not blind i don't believe
in god so i analyze and scrutinize every players individually and collectively none of our players can start for the top ten clubs not even sanchez
It's obvious for me that arsenal need 4 players to become a world class
team like bayern and real madrid i couldn't dare mention barcelona because they have unbelievable front three and they maybe the best attack
in history of football we are lacking
quality in the ST as well as the RW of course giroud and campvell are very good players but
in my opinion they are less
in quality than the rest of the
team so we need to improve the
quality in these positins About the DM it's a number issue and i think the position is covered with flamini doing good job and elneny coming which can be deployed there About the fourth signing we need is a center back I don't think i saw till now
enough minutes for gabriel to tell if he can make the position his own or not But what makes me doubt him that wenger didn't choose him till now over per which means he is not miles ahead of him so i think we need a new better CB This
team can go and fight for every thing even the champions leafue....
There's
enough quality and experience
in that
team to beat Sunderland, who have worried other than a cup game.
of course it wasnt right... this was a big game today and much bigger than wednesday night... you play your best players
in big games but more than that football is a
team sport which depends on players learning to interact with each other they can only do that if they play together
in familiar roles... our real
qualities players do nt play
enough together....
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense
in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes
in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess
in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive
qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself
in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required
in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling
in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score
enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points
in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis
in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself
in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him
in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive
in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players
in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence
in Real or the space and protection he receives
in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived
in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components...
in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them
in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion
in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin
in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation...
in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely
enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often
in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and
in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class
qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place
in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
There is no doubt that Arsenal are some way behind Manchester City, along with the rest of the Premier League
teams, but according to the Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira they should be a lot closer to challenging City, but are simply not good
enough right now and they need to invest
in more
quality players to even get close.

teams have aggression and grit... WBA burnley stoke... So the idea that same squad plus tactical flexibility will get us to the top is naive... We don't have
enough quality players
in our best 11 to compete over the season... Additions are key to next season with or without Sanchez
Other than that the
team pretty much picks itself, not
enough quality in the depth department.
finally Wenger has seen that
quality of his players is non existence, until the word concentration followed that's when I realized this old man will never change, his salary is fat
enough to make him become expert
in vocabularies, all the hustle to justify his
team's failure is normal and just some minor errors (that never gets resolved) that keeps repeating
in every match
Asides not buying
enough to give us depth
in quality (which is very essential
in winning the EPL), Wengers style makes us an easy
team to defend against by playing central midfielders on the wing, who always drift to the center of the pitch when we are on the attack.
10 years is
enough thank you... Should have been sold two years ago before his bubble burst and other
teams realised his true worth... Not even lpool would be interested now... Sell him to whoever will take him at 140 grand a week and bring
in a
quality attacking option..
We were all having a laugh at mourinho's defence of a
team that went down three nil and outplayed yet fans take these totally stupid comments by wenger seriously... The man lost the football plot 5 years ago if not before and has convinced himself the board and
enough fans that 4th place is sufficient for arsenal fc... It's actually sad as a couple of
quality signings would give us a shouting chance at least... Instead he talks up a bunch of massively overpaid players who would not look out of place
in Everton spurs or villa but are not close to european elite
if wenger only belived
in rotation, we have
enough for two
teams but he has to trust the bench

While the majority of Gooners will say he is not good
enough for Arsenal — Arsene will want to see what shape he is
in during pre-season because anyone who has watched him
in the U21 French
team will all know that he has great
quality in the right environment, it will be up to Arsene to decide whether that is with us this season.
On the incoming side of Arsenal's transfer window, we can't really complain about the arrivals of Alexandre Lacazette and Sead Kolasinac, but condisering that we came 5th
in the Premiership last season, we must realise that we have to improve
enough to leapfrog the 4
teams above us and must surely make one or two more top
quality additions.
