When cold, you can either cut the cheesecake into bars and decorate each bar or drizzle ganache over
the entire cheesecake and later cut into bars.
If drizzling with white chocolate (optional), melt the chocolate in the microwave or on the stove, then drizzle over
the entire cheesecake with a fork or spoon.
My dad loved it and ate almost
the entire cheesecake.
At some point I might do some version of
an entire cheesecake using this base.
From my experience, and the stories of my friends who have made them, it's almost impossible to keep
an entire cheesecake around for longer than one day.
Ok, perhaps I couldn't get the entire custard on
the entire cheesecake — but how about by the slice?
I can never justify
an entire cheesecake either, so these were perfect!
