Currently I am working on a series of articles on Christian ethics with a focus on moral
epistemology from, yes, a Reformed Van Tilian perspective.
The recognition of these two levels of perception distinguishes Whitehead's
epistemology from other realistic ones.
Rather than conclude his ethical theory with insoluble problems of skeptical denial, I invoke a richer
epistemology from Russell on which to base a constructive view of the virtues.

The framework for knowing that I will propose — what I call an «
epistemology of the cross» — emerges
from a conversation between secular feminist philosophers of knowing and Luther's theology of the cross.

The second part addresses, in a more limited sense, another issue, namely, the emergence of a «genetic ontology»
from a «genetic
epistemology.»
