I am very proud
to report that I have been nominated for election as vice president of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, the state's premiere legal charity devoted
to ensuring
equal access to the legal system and
to improving the administration of justice.

access to problems concerning the terms and conditions of employment, especially promotion
to partnership.»

report contains a number of recommendations that call on each of us
to look for ways
to embrace the full potential of innovation
to improve
access.

to the public in PDF form in order
to increase
equal access to Justice.
