Pour 1/2 or a full cup of baking soda down the drain and pour
in equal parts vinegar, then finish off with some boiling hot water.
You can even sanitize the bottom of your dishwasher by pouring in a combination
of equal parts vinegar and baking soda, scrubbing it around, and rinsing with a hot wash cycle.
