While each of these strategies can improve the equitable distribution of
effective teachers within schools, it is
equally important — if not more important — for every principal to create
systems and processes that
support high standards and continuous improvement for all teachers.
Inclusive approaches and positive behaviour techniques such as «positive classroom behaviour
support» that respond to individual needs within the group context are
equally, and in most cases, more
effective than punishment - based
systems.
