today... but keep an eye on the future... not suggesting head in the sand stuff... just let's stop the panic... if you have to panic it's probly too late... most people don't behave terribly rationally while panicing...

today allocate the entire legal services market to the legal profession — to the legal profession only — and those laws (more or less successfully) support bar associations and other groups
of lawyers when they attempt to keep nonlawyers and nontraditional structures
