We like to use Stevia and
Erythritol in both powdered and liquid form when creating various recipes.
When I use
Erythritol in my recipes, I also combine it with stevia (say 1/2 cup Erythritol + 15 - 20 drops stevia depending on the recipe).
The Now brand that we use and you recommend has 4g of carbs per teaspoon, but if I add
erythritol in the custom foods from your app it shows 0.5 net carbs.
