making this (swapping
erythritol / stevia for agave) and it was absolutely scrumptious.
Erythritol has far less calories than xylitol, too, so it's good for
making lower calorie desserts And sucanat is just unprocessed sugar, so it contains the natural molasses, vitamins and minerals of the sugar cane.
It is normal for powdered sugar to
make mixtures thinner / saucier, and
erythritol does the same thing.

I subsituted normal
erythritol with a small amount of vanilla paste for the vanilla sugar since I didn't have any, and I used So delicious coconut milk instead of almond milk (I usually do in all recipes and it doesn't
make a difference) I substituted arrowroot starch for corn starch, which also usually does not
make a difference.
