apples and carrots (no need to peel them)
and mash the
bananas.

bananas, bagels, pasta (Dr's suggestion to put some meat on their bones), pb & j, ham or turkey sandwiches, cheese, tortillas, beans, rice
and potatoes, lots of fruits...
especially apples and citrus (oranges, tangerines, mandarins), granola bars.

Berries are lovely in these,
especially blueberries (frozen is fine), as are apricot,
apple, pear
and banana.
Add fruit (pears,
apples,
and bananas work
especially well) to boost the nutrition
and the filling factor.
Bananas,
apples, oranges, stone fruits
and especially dried fruits are not the best choices, at least not initially.

especially sweeter varieties like

and berries, are great sources of carbohydrate
and contain the vitamins
and minerals necessary for keeping your body
