If you have a blender,
especially a high - speed one like a Vitamix, it's so
easy to «hide» all kinds of things in your
smoothies.
But since I usually get roughly 400 cals from this
smoothie, it's a decent start to my day,
especially because it's so quick and
easy to prepare.
This powder is
easy to throw into a
smoothie and makes me feel confident that I'm getting the vitamins I need,
especially when I'm in the midst of the holiday buffet season.
This approach works for me because I find it much
easier to sip on fruits and vegetables in non -
smoothie / slushy form and still get all of the fiber which keeps me feeling fuller, longer (An
especially important fact, because I was more or less born hungry!).
This is a super
easy, healthy, and
especially delicious breakfast
smoothie that tastes more like a dessert!
Usually I go for eggs when I have time
especially on the weekend but when I don't have time, it's typically a
smoothie since they're
easy to blend together and throw down the hatch.
