Instead of pouring fresh hot
espresso over your ice cream, combine cold brew and a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream in a tall glass.

espresso and I spooned some of it and the dates
over yogurt,
over ice cream, topping a fruit bread... Then I had to make another batch, just so I could actually blitz it into a paste like I should have to begin with!
