This twist on the classic Irish coffee is
made with a coffee pudding base infused with Irish cream, and topped with
espresso whipped cream and loose
espresso powder.
I also
made the additions of 1/2 tbsp orange zest and 1/4 tsp
espresso powder to add some zing and bring out the chocolate flavor.
They look absolutely gorgeous — love how you have used
espresso powder, cinnamon, chocolate chunks and oats to
make these a little more sophisticated and decadent.
