Some of my favorite ways to support vitality are
essential oil baths, yoga, healthy eating, adrenal support, journaling, hiking, gardening, and clearing space for new and exciting things to come in.
But we're just talking about sniffles and such today...
essential oil baths, healing herbal teas, a tincture here and there...
I think I would go with
some essential oil bath products (been loving a daily epsom salt bath), and probably some snacks!
This post was supposed to be a collection of
essential oil bath salts however as I was searching for great recipes to share I found so many wonderful bath recipes!

baths with sea salt, shea butter, and

1 cup baking soda 1/2 cup citric acid (buy online or most health food stores carry it) 2 tablespoons epsom salts 3 tablespoons coconut

Then my partner Karl's sister came to the rescue with a «Mother Roasting» pack consisting of a selection of herbs in which to soak in the
bath, followed by some soothing
essential oils in warmed jojoba
oil for my tummy, which we then wrapped firmly with a hemp scarf.

bath scrub and candles, all of these ingredients make the aromatherapy become attractive and hard to refuse to try it.
You can add

I now know that there is nothing that a good bubble
bath, digital detox, face mask, and
essential oil - infused meditation can't fix!

essential oil blends.

We use transdermal patches for certain medications, a hot Epson salt
bath relaxes our muscles, a drop of
essential oil placed on the foot will travel to the head about 10 minutes later.
I also love Vitruvi Organic Eucalyptus
Essential Oil, it's great used as a chest balm, in a steam
bath / shower, or via an aroma diffuser.
Evening: very hot
bath for 20 minutes with Epsom salts and
essential oil of my choice, usually lavender before bed... The heat of the
bath and Epsom salts help you sweat and detox.
