Don't hesitate to ask questions about ARM features when you talk to lenders, real
estate brokers, sellers, and your
attorney, and keep asking until you get clear and complete answers.
If you're unsure, don't ask your
attorney in this case but rather call the Divisions of Real
Estate and / or Mortgage Lending at your State level and talk to someone about what type of lending you plan on
doing.
