The essence of FSBO companies is that they want the consumer / seller to believe that they can sell their own home without professional real

estate commission, they're somehow in the wrong?
Our Provincial Real
Estate Commissions are already doing that,
so why the duplication.
The concept of the «discount brokerage» is such that it is intended to disrupt the real
estate status - quo of relationships, by luring consumers in through the suggestion of savings, as it relates to any
commission that might be charged: 1 % verses 2 % verses 3 % verses 4 % verses 5 % verses 6 % and
so on.
So when the seller has to pay 6 Points on the actual Sales Price in real
estate commission, how much more is the buyer paying for the home?
The extraction of America's tax free home equity in the form of
so called «Earned» real
estate commissions has soared disproportionately over the last 20 years with many billions in wealth needlessly given away.
So this won't impact us as much as more traditional real
estate companies that have always relied on huge revenue streams from their agents»
commissions.
Ethics and common courtesy does not exist with the majority of
so called» Real
Estate Professionals «-- What» Professionals»???? Most will not take a minute to reply to feedback requests; many will not confirm appointment requests at their listed properties
so they do not have to share
commissions, — etc..
The
so called Governing Bodies of Real
Estate do a poor job of Protecting Realtors — Allowing
commissions to be transferred to normal business accounts from Trust accounts appears to be the start of tempting brokers to think that money belongs to them.
The court found that this did not comply with Ontario's Real
Estate Business Brokers Act (REBBA),
so the agent's claim for
commission failed.
I really fail to see what is
so anti-competitive about real
estate commissions from a consumer's perspective.
So it seems baseless for Perkins» article to speculate that the market is going to stay flat, that the sellers are not going to make as much money and somehow that is going to cause a downward push on the real
estate commissions.

commission we charge then you have the choice to go with a private sale company.
