Last, but not least, a minimum education / experience standard would have to be met in order for one to even apply successfully to start the development process; i.e.: minimum two years completion of a university undergraduate degree, or other post secondary industry related two year college attendance / successful course completion and / or minimum ten years work experience in a real
estate related
field or a combination of the three

To be blunt, education courses need to include actual «hands - on»
field trips to construction sites, real
estate offices
etc. during on - going negotiation processes and showings
etc.,
etc., as well as during home inspections,
etc.,
etc..
