knows what manner of toxic waste that we the people will have to pay to clean up.

Folks, you need to calibrate your BS Meters, get off the internet, I don't
know of an industry that has more scams running and predatory dealers than real
estate, in a local survey a few years ago around here, the professionalism of used car dealers was rated higher than Realtors / Landlords.
At first she was frightened by my interest in real
estate investing, but she
knows I have been carefully and patiently learning as much as possible from the good
folks on Bigger Pockets, reading RE books, and going to REI meetups.
The real
estate folks who attended at our July meeting in Toronto at the Westin Prince Hotel (re fleshing out member attitudes re CREA)
know of whom I speak; he was prersent at the meeting and gave a short presentation.
We all
know Organized Real
Estate stands to profit tremendously from all the
folks who watch a certain tv channel and think they can get rich quick.
We cold even sing Rogers songs, all together in the offices in the mornings, before you go out there into the real

Truth: The majority of what

estate comes from infomercials, reality shows and other get rich quick «proven systems».
I have no doubt that if your kind (those
folks from the everyday trenches of Real
Estate practice) were to be all of a sudden elevated into positions vacated by the entrenched, all -
knowing bureaucrats, who only actually give lip service to common sense initiatives from front - liners, things would begin to change for the betterment of those who are paying the freight, those
folks who CREA's fiduciary duties «ough» t to be geared toward.
