Requirements: • Must have a law degree (Juris Doctor) from an accredited university • Must be admitted to the Virginia, Maryland, and / or Washington DC bar • Ideally have 1 + year of experience gained in a law firm and / or in - house with a private sector company; however, we will train the right candidate who just graduated from law school or is in the process of finishing his / her degree • Interest in real
estate, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiations • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to
communicate effectively with others at all levels of the
organization • Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial / commercial issues • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all businesses
