A lot of problems for both the broker and the associate can be avoided if it's determined right from the start that the candidate is right for a
career in real
estate sales.
It takes a certain type of stick - to - itiveness and personal dedication to one's clients to allow one to establish a twenty - five plus year
career in the real
estate sales / advocate business.
