compete with the

estate investment needs a cap rate of at least 8 - 10 %.
Because real
estate offers benefits that
stocks just can't
compete with.
Real
estate investment is no different than
stock investing or any other opportunity with huge returns with a whole industry of analysts
competing for deals.
