things that I challenge people to kind of think about what's important and if you're putting all your expertise into this book you want to make sure that somebody's negotiated a heck out of it giving you a contract that actually makes sense for you and your business.

thing I haven't pointed out in past updates but is very relevant when examining our various passive income streams — due to the large number of deductions and depreciation
on our properties we haven't had to pay a single penny in taxes
on any of the real
estate income since we started acquiring our properties in 2012.
