So nowadays Bengali people also eat poha, sabudana khichdi, milk & corn flakes, idli
etc as a breakfast food.

food item at our house — it's a quick
breakfast as teenagers are running out the door, good to add to lunch -
as a snack coming home from school,
etc... I really have to get back to making them myself because I can make a bigger batch — I control...
As posted previously, eating
food rich in fat (avocado, eggs, coconut oil,
etc), especially for
breakfast, will speed up your metabolism and help you with fat - loss!
But wanted to add that I had good results by limiting my eating window — not obsessing over
food, counting calories,
etc, just eating well kinda like you are, but delaying my
breakfast as long
as I could in the morning, so for me that's between 10 - 11ish, and then stop eating at 6 pm.
