I like to read her
books but rarely follow through
on the
projects because for the normal humans among us, her suggestions can be over-complicated make you feel like a slacker about your messy house and the bread you didn't make and the table centerpiece you didn't craft and the chicken coop you didn't build
etc..
Over the years, Suzanne and I have collaborated
on a number of
projects besides the
book (two amazing children, life,
etc.) and we are excited to be able to team up for the 7th annual CSHL Leadership in Bioscience workshop, March 24 - 27, 2017.
I write a bit, work
on any interviews or development
projects we're working
on, the
book that we are in the final stages of writing, answer questions and needs from our staff, meet with our designer,
etc..
Online sharing offers chances for «virtual» school literacy events involving parents:
book fairs, poetry reading, science
project sharing,
etc., helping busy parents be involved with school
on their own time and providing a real audience for student products.
While that probably includes a lot public domain filler from
Project Gutenberg and Google
Books, there are at least a few best - sellers (Twilight, In Defense of Food, John Adams,
etc.)
on the list as well.
