people, resources, and patience to hang around and keep buying and trying until they eventually get things right in the long run.
Search around for networking advice and you're likely to unearth the

What we do has to make sense for the
people of God in Chicago or New York or Springfield or wherever we are, in the late 20th century, with the themes of Pentecost VI or Advent I or whatever the occasion is, with all the resources that are available to us within the confines of our capabilities: old hymns, new hymns, music from various periods and of various styles, old translations, new translations, the
same and different ways of doing things,

For years I struggled with doubts about my faith, and through the emerging church movement, I found
people who were asking the very
same questions - about religious pluralism, the Problem of Evil, inerrancy, the notion of absolute truth,

people sitting in the pews hearing the preacher use words like «gospel», «saved», «faith»,
etc., have the
same understanding than the preacher.

same time as the events (there would have been no way to access information regarding names of that time hundreds of years after the period, remember, no books, no libraries,

I'm a Mormon myself and it's really encouraging to hear more

same people you speak of are also the ones that will say they're «pro-life» but then be pro death penalty (though I'm not against the death penalty myself in certain cases) and usually are all ready to go to war, don't support programs that help these children once they are born,

They trash us at every turn, even going so far as to use hate speech and blatant lies to scare
people into bashing or even murdering us, passing laws that make our existence illegal,
etc., yet when we speak up against this treatment and push back, those
same Christians accuse us of intolerance and bullying.
However, many of these
same people assume the wager «has» to be within strict guidelines of the Christian narrative of, once you die, and you didn't believe, then you go to hell,
etc...
This
same pattern of influence could be drawn out for other types of relationships: heroes, well - known
persons, namesakes, those whose influence is mediated indirectly, patrons,
etc..
The
same would apply to
people of other faiths, beliefs, philosophies,
etc..
They are no different then the rest of us — Christian, Jew, Buddist, Hindu,
etc. 99.9 % are good
people with the
same goals and dreams as all of us.
As you stated earlier, the
same goes for religious figures, or any other
persons of stature (Physicians, CEOs,
etc...).
The confusion for me, again even as a little kid (ages 9 - 11 particularly, at a time when I was quite the believer even), was that all the other religions pretty much said the
same thing... prayers answered, miracle cures, and with the
same back up, that «unanswered» prayers were either an answer, «no» or «not yet»... OR... the
person asking didn't have the right heart, or didn't ask for the right thing, or asked the wrong way,
etc..
Those
same people thought the earth was flat, the center of the universe, that the earth came before the sun, that bats are birds, that a
person could be the property of another
person,
etc.,
etc..
In the
same manner, if a
person decides to sow to the flesh — they do so by envy, strife, hatred, murder, idolatry, adultery
etc. one can not ask for spiritual laws to be suspended so the earth isn't thrown into chaos (sufferings such as was mentioned above.)
As art students in the 1980s we ALL took rude stabs at christianity, and we ALL said the
same junk about how we wanted to make
people stop, think and discuss,
etc. so i don't need to stop and think about this nothing - new - to - think - about artwork.
Voting for someone simply because he is of a certain church, party, race,
etc. is just as dumb and unthinking as not voting for that
person for the

ive been wrestling since i was 9 years old and when i went into high school i had to wrestle a girl... growing up learning to wrestle i had ended up having violent style, i never was dirty or broke rules but i was taught to do anything in your power to win whehter it was to club down the head or grab the throat to gain position
