Rather than writing about this myself, I thought I'd open the floor to some Christian brothers and sisters who can explain what
evangelical support of Phil Robertson communicates to them.
As Richard Rohr said, «
the evangelical support of Trump will be an indictment against its validity as a Christian movement for generations to come.»
There's another element to
evangelical support of Trump, one that Perkins's word choice in this interview makes clear.
