The main reason why I feel somewhat intellectually offended by those who evangelise exclusive eBook publishing is that publishing in eBook and print formats, at the same time, is amazingly simple and cheap (the physical and commercial aspects, that is — the quality writing, editing, proofing etc is in fact costly in time and resources, but is unrelated to format of a title).
