This is the perfect way to start the day or have a refreshing smoothie in the middle of the day,
you even added avocado — delish!
You could
even add an avocado on top, if you are craving a hit of something creamy.

Of course, if you're craving or are in need for more you can always
add avocado, chopped chicken or
even shrimp.
It
adds some moistness and density to the brownies, and I promise, you won't
even taste the
avocado.

even better make some guacamole!

In the original Esselstyn book, both olives and cashews were not a part of the diet and the photo with this salad looks like it is garnished with
avocado, which
adds a lot of fat while making the salad look more appetizing,
even though
avocado is not mentioned in the recipe.
You can either eat it as is (I swear it will still taste the same
even if the
avocado starts to brown) or make everything else and just
add the
avocado right before eating.
I like to
add diced
avocado, or jicama, or
even cucumbers to
add not only different flavors but also textures to the ceviche.
Change the veggies, top it with an

even add salsa for a spicy kick!
