Coconut oil, olive oil, and
even almond oil are all great options for oils to use in cooking your paleo meals.

Sometimes there is an abundant
oil to solids ratio depending on the brand or
even within the same brand, due to this we will never get a tahini as thick as peanut or
almond butters, and this can affect our cookies.
They
even had another variety of no stir
almond butter that was made with palm
oil.
Also, I think you could try using peanut butter or
almond butter instead (they have a high natural
oil content, but also have a ton of protein to make the bars
even more nutrient packed).
