But, personally, I'd have liked to see one of Chamberlain or Campbell in place of Cazorla, with Sanchez on the Right - Wing or
even as a striker, in place of Giroud.

Poor Giroud... only a new signin (
striker) will save him,
as much
as i dislike him i think we must vent our anger to Wenger...
even if its me wenger has signed to play for Arsenal will i decline jst bcoz am nt good enaf?
the problem isn't cos he isn't WC, the problem is cos he is a rich man's Andy Carroll; I mean
even Defoe that play for relegation candidate - Sunderland is a far better
striker than him.he isn't WorldClass either Chicharito is also way better, he isn't a 30 - goal
striker but when u play almost all games for a club with the creativity
as Arsenal, scoring 30goals isn't a big deal.
As for Giroud I hope what I'm hearing is not true. You get the feeling that once Lacazette starts scoring he just won't like it.He's also another overrated player who's also hear because of Wenger's kindness.Apart from the fact that he's good with his head I don't see the positives of keeping here and
even Welbeck. We need players who can push Lacazette to perform and these are just not the players. They are more of rotation players.Do you think if Welbeck and Giroud were at top form they can challenge Laca at his best?I always laugh at our
strikers though. On one hand, one doesn't fit our style of play but at least he can finish. On the other hand, the one who fits our style of play can't
even score a goal.I can't believe we are joking with such a crucial role.I'm sick and tired of seeing average
strikers in the club. It's been painful watching the likes of Bendtner and Chamakh already. Now I have to cope with this.
With his doubles against Sunderland and Burnley, the 25 - year old has bagged eight goals in those six games and for a player that does not
even play

even more injury prone at Arsenal and if Walcott does leave in the summer, I'm pretty sure that he will shine
as a
striker, especially at a club that plays the long ball counter — attacking system!
Wenger got a Japanese
striker and we still have Sanogo, Giroud, Walcott (lost soul and useless
as we know), Wellbeck (coming back one day) and Akpom (who is systematically loaned every season because he clearly does not have the level)... That is the answer «the deluded one» will automatically give you... And he is right... That is a lot of
strikers even though none or most of them can not find the path to the goal
Now Hector Bellerin has given us all a glimpse of what Alexis gives to the club off the pitch
as well, in comments reported by Metro, and from that it seems
even more vital that we keep hold of our star
striker.
Nothing you could ever do to Giroud would ever make him come good just nothing. Its not a formation set up that gets a player to dribble, score, be world class, be dependable, wow the crowd and the like. Its the players» own ability that makes him do that.Once you don't have it ya ain't gat it brother.Read my lips!!!!! Once ya don't have it ya ain't gat it.
As simple
as ABC.So I expect this to be another de ja vu case and waste of time if Giroud and Alexis are paired.I'm
even shocked it's coming from Henry. He should rather be giving us more reasons why we need a new
striker and why we would fail if we don't get the new
striker.Forget Giroud's stats for a moment and judge him by how he plays when you are watching him.You would realize that given the same chances at Arsenal
strikers who are not
even world class can do better.I want a new
striker even if not world class and to be honest its not necessarily a world class
striker that wins you a league but just increases the chances of winning it.Peace!!!!
The top five excluding us (Chelsea, United, City and Liverpool) all have 2 good
strikers where
as we don't
even have one.
Even assuming that Chelsea's three strikers are out of action though, it does not mean that the Gunners will have an easy task on Sunday as it will make Mourinho even more negative than usual and that means a massive blue bus and plenty of gamesmanship is heading to north Lon

goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances like at Monaco i did not criticize him
even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a team can improve is by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud
as the main cf and Welbeck
as backup to him.Giroud has done well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he does more harm than good.Do not use moments to judge a player judge him based on content.Giroud does not excel in many games than he excels in games.
As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every player has his own style.Giroud limitations
as a player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His style of play is ok for us but a
striker who can take on players and run behind defences very well would make us very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure by doing the basic things right. He rushes infront of goal too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line next season but
as the saying goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
Even at the time top
strikers were going for 70m, if Wenger had offered 50m, he would've had him, and
as he cares so much about money, would've doubled it in 2 years...
Unless Wenger buys a complete spine for the team such
as a GK (back up for Ospina, Schez is done), Virgil Van Dijk CB, Shinderlin DM, Sissoko DM / Box to Box, and a real WC
striker such
as the much rumoured Cavani for Ozil / Santi to feed balls through to, we aren't
even making 4th.
In 343 formation, ozil play

even close to xabi alonso Jusyt play a pure dm, aka coqelin
Note that today, he played alongside a world class

I think sanchez and
even podolski will be able to do a good job
as our
strikers.
first he need to solve his injury problems to prove himself like a good player to take in the squad and not a wate of space, leave that «best winger» thing... finally, he
even want to play
as winger, so he never would be that best winger and probably we do nt need him because he cant play like a lone
striker.
If wenger wants to play sanchez in the middle I say sign shaquiri
as he can play behind the
striker or lw, rw or
even cf. Wenger pls act fast the clock is ticking..

as an aberration and
as far the tots go TBH they have a very balanced team with an
even better coach (and they have a 30 goal season
striker).
To be honest I would take either or
as long it meant we definitely got a
striker in the summer
as at least it would give a bit of new life to the forward line,
even though a more proven
striker would be more ideal.
And not only that he does that, but he uses Welbeck, a guy who fails to score a goal
even if it's just him and the goal,
as the main
striker,
even though he has Giroud on the bench, a guy who scored a goal in the first game.
Yes, man u bought some good players but that is not enought to give opinion
as fact - a fan said other epl teams must fear man u. 1
even said we need a
striker that would do for us what suarez did for liverpool and i asked what did he do, did he win anything meaningful for them?
Dennis was never play
as winger, hes play
as striker, and later
as second
striker,
even as attaking middlefield.
Currently, Chelsea are looking likely to play with Drogba
as the only
striker available, and
even he is having some health concerns so we may very well see Hazard or Oscar playing
as a false 9.
Liverpool do not
even use a pure
striker, instead they use wingers
as their goalgetters
that tactic worked fantastically at the star of this season where walcott performed and it worked brilliantly for the team but after the injury of Theo, giroud had his dry patch and theo almost did nt
even try... and the year before welbeck played reaaaally bad
as a starting
striker and scored 4 goals or something i think, if he had one worldclass or equally good
striker as giroud, we would have enough and wenger could rotate them according to the patch / form of giroud like what he intended to do with walcott and giroud, which i had high hopes for but sadly only worked for half the season
Reading the thread on this article and I noticed a lot of people naming
strikers we could have gotten in past transfer windows that have gone to other club and failed, Balotelli, Falcao, Martinez, Boney etc are recurring names in all the comments, and am sat here thinking because they failed in thee clubs does not necessarily mean they would have failed if we had pulled out our fingers and hot them back then, Balotelli aside I strongly believe all of these players could have made a difference playing infront of our midfield and given the kind of attention and care Wenger gives Giroud and Walcott, adapting our play to suit them and giving them chances after chances
even when its blatantly obvious they are average players so please lets not keep using that
as an excuse for Wenger's ultra careful attitude in the transfer market, they could have failed with us, or they could have been massive for us, all speculations.
Or
even other
strikers, liike Bony, Benteke, Lacazette, whom are not on the same level
as Cavani thats obvious but who are good enough to play for us.
The PSG team also makes him look like an amazing
striker because he get fed a lot of great scoring opportunities, tbh
even an average strike could look
as good
as he does for PSG.
It is your
strikers you want
as the proper selfish b * & ^ & & ds — but
even OG seems to suffer from assist - itus.
So Arsenal fan's continued wish for a new first class
striker to provide competition for Olivier Giroud continues,
as we learned today from the Lyon director Jean - Michel Aulas that Arsene Wenger, despite having lots of opportunities, has not
even mentioned the possibility of Alexandre Lacazette moving to the Emirates this summer.
Arsenal need a new
striker AND a nw cdm (backup) Don't
even mention arteta
as a backup cdm.
Even if Wenger thinks there is no better
striker available than Giroud (Only wenger knows why), still he needs to buy a
striker as Welbeck is almost certainly out of most of next season, I am sure he would not go for Walcott and Akpon
as our backup
striker.Hopefully
If he's
even half
as good
as the King, we'll have a top
striker on our hands.
He would probably cost about the same
as Lukaku who is a proven Premier league
striker with an excellent record
even when his club are struggling!
So
as i see we have great (if not the best in the world with bayern) creative midfielders in the world but we just have to goal scorers (alexis and giroud) so these two platers that supposed to score the goals for us must be catogery A + We are having one in alexis but the second scorer and he is
even important
as he is our
striker is not an A + not
even A I love this guy called giroud he always gives his best but just his abilities are nit good enough we simply need an A + and he will score for fun for us
His admission may prove disappointing to hear for Robert Lewandowski, who despite scoring fourteen goals in the league, has been considered something of a flop since his move from Jurgen Klopp's team,
even more so
as it was the Polish
striker that got the winner against his former club.
It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime...
as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a
striker who plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and
even more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German team versus his time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
I
even thought top clubs were in for him. Some three or 2 seasons back many here were debating why he should be our main
striker.
As soon
as you mention any other
strikers name people would come out with stats and many things defending him.
Even Wenger has defended him blindly in the past.People say Wenger's stubborn yeah. But don't we know that there's a reason why everything happens?Honestly speaking he's the reason why Arsene Wenger has failed to sign a top notch
striker because he still believes in him.The funny thing is we signed Welbeck at that time who to me did nothing before to be the main man here.People keep saying Welbeck is hardworking and that he works his socks off.But the question is was that our reason for signing him.Welbeck being signed to challenge Giroud tells me a lot about Giroud's quality.
Even Walcott (no offence to him) who has zero CF qualities was
even chosen over him for a string of games and all in all I think he did well but has too many defeciencies for that role. We've compromised
as a club and it'll come back to bite us.
He also questions whether the signing of the French
striker who could not
even get into the Euro 2016 squad would be of much use to the Gunners, but he also advised Wenger to do it anyway
as it would be an
even bigger risk to not bring in another forward in the current climate of frustration.
At this time we have the opportunity to revert to old ways by using players with pace in the squad
as strikers, many fans and myself feel we have better opportunities to win games using this format, with Welbeck
as forward it
even becomes more apparent, he has the skill sets to evolve into the Henry / Wright Hybrid.
next day Giraud will be asking to play
as goalkeeper and belerin
as attacking midfielder or
even a
striker.
We on the other hand will have Walcott and Ramsey back
as well
as Alexis and the DM that I'm certain we'll buy, possibly
even a
striker too.
This is probably
even more relevant with
strikers,
as the conventionally «bigger» clubs will already tend to have an established first choice forward.
This is a quite incredible achievement by a player who doesn't
even play
as an out - and - out
striker, and who will no doubt have been written off by some in the Premier League after previously failing to make it at Chelsea.
I would love to see what he could accomplish
as a central
striker at PSG, and
even more so at Arsenal.
Sweden
striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic seemed to be in a tetchy mood for much of the
evening as his nation picked up a point on the road at Austria in their opening Euro 2016 qualifying match, with the PSG man lucky to stay on the pitch after appearing to elbow David Alaba during the first half.
More especially
as 1st choice... Costa, RVP, aguaro, sturriedge and
even adebayo I.e top 6 team's
strikers are much better than him.
