If the Ox is going
even by next season bring him.

goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances like at Monaco i did not criticize him
even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a team can improve is
by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has done well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he does more harm than good.Do not use moments to judge a player judge him based on content.Giroud does not excel in many games than he excels in games. As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant do this he cant do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every player has his own style.Giroud limitations as a player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His style of play is ok for us but a striker who can take on players and run behind defences very well would make us very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure
by doing the basic things right. He rushes infront of goal too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line
next season but as the saying goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
My dear get your facts right Giroud was top scorer in the French league when he was signed, gervinho was the second highest goal scorer for Lille in the title winning campaign, moussa sow was the highest and hazard was no where near the two on goals, hazard however was signed
by Chelsea the
next season after he scored 20 goals and was put on wages
even «crazy» man city at the time thought was crazy.pls zlatan was not in France when Montpellier won the league, hazard to Chelsea was 2012, gervinho to arsenal was 2011.
As long as we are in the Europa League, Wenger will continue to be immortal, and if we win it
by a miracle, because; let's be real, this isn't Milan's greatest team, then Arsene is 100 % here
next season and this won't take us forward,
even though it will give us Champions league.
And although the attendance figures in the papers the
next day would still show 60,000 because of
season tickets, on the
evening of the match on the TV (MOTD) it would be visible
by millions of people and the pundits would go wild at such a strong visible gesture particularly if a lot of publicity was made prior to the game about the plan.
The toll pales in importance
next to the physical damage wrought
by Irene, but for some teams the storm will make a long
season feel
even longer.
Judging
by the way wenger has performed this
season, I would say that he is being totally honest regarding Giroud being our number one Striker for
next season and I doubt that he
even has any cards left to keep close to his chest.?
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded
by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is
by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely
by season's end... obviously a mistake
by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the
next level, as his presence slows their game
even more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
Change is needed at Arsenal
by summer17
even if we do win the League this year, give Wenger a chance
next season for the UCL imo.
Really, to try and dig for a hidden meaning in his quote which isnt
even there is foolish... Lets get real here,
even if Klopp was to get sacked
by Dortmund, we still have the small issue of wenger being our manager for at least another 2 years after this
season (there is no ways he will get sacked, and i doubt he will resign) Klopp is a good manager but i somehow do nt see him being our
next manager, not in the near future at least, people need to wake up to reality... bring on the thumbs down
But the sad facts are that he has lost the plot, With regards to transfers, tactics, team selection and
even substitutions... He has been getting away with that for far too long and
by the look of things, he will be doing the same old, same old senario's
next season too.
Who knows, we could win the Europa Cup and then we might
even win the EUFA Super Cup — something that hasn't been won
by a PL team since 2005 — and then we would all be feeling nice and happy and positive before
next season starts —
even you!
He has been the Lakers» starting center in name only — and may not
even be that
by next week — having averaged fewer minutes (23.1) than backup Mychal Thompson (27.2) this
season.
If we keep up with this same attitude of being satisfied getting beat
by teams like Swansea and celebrating finishing over Tottenham then I can't
even begin to tell you how long the
season is going to feel
next year.
By the start of
next season we will have 31 players born 1993 or before, that means 6 will have to go before we
even think about new signings.
Well we are all making our contributions, moreover our contributions are decent individually, Wenger knows the direction he is heading towards when it comes to transfers, when he speaks with the press don't rely on his words, he speaks with the press sometimes to encourage the fans and conceal the truth in him.nevertheless my verdict concerning this issue of alexis sanchez and arsenal is that, wenger should keep hold to his words
by not selling alexis, he should allow him to see off his contract if he refuses to sign because
next season alexis will turn 29, he has already at the pick of his career,
by allowing him to stay we can mount title challenge come
next season and this will really give us an advantage
even for him to o sign another contract with arsenal, arsenal is a big club, they should how to hold, encourage and lure their best players to renew their contract rather loosing them to other top clubs, especially title rivers
I believe we can and will force him out,
even by his own resignation and believe we have a new, professional, 21st century tactics man in charge
by next season.
OT: At the start of
next season I think Özil should get the # 10 (nothing against Jack), Alexis should get his favored # 7 (again nothing against Super Tom), Podolski should be sold and replaced
by Dybala with the # 9 (Giroud ain't getting any younger and we need more than Danny to compete on all 4 fronts), and a DM to replace Flamini with the # 20 to compete, push or
even partner Le Coq.
The Blues look odds on to lift the trophy come the end of the
season and could
even have it wrapped up
by midweek, should they win their
next two games — though if they don't, it would surely only be delaying the inevitable.
The
season before last 14 15 we did better with the points than last
season even though we came second from last
season we know we conceded many goals from set pieces and were very short on goal scoring the logic of this
season was to fix the defensive department and the offensive department
by introducing a defender to reduce the amount of goals conceded unless holding is to be the man we havent us of yet fixed the problem on the offensive department we all know the only offensive player is chuba apkom well else we have not addressed the problem so in reality I do not except Arsenal to finish the
season with more than 70 points and personally think minimum point required to win the premier league is 85 points have we got that in our squad it will remain to be seen if chuba and holding are enough for a key to unlock the
season we will soon find out but I think MR wenger is gambling with the introduction of new manageress which lives us with Liverpool and Leicester and who will take the points off united chelsea and city the
next 6 games should give us the indication to what may happen to the long run for the new year
Lukas has already been told
by Joachim Low that he needs to be playing 30 - 40 games
next season to
even be considered for the Germany squad to go to France for the Euro2016 tournament
next summer, and if he can't get a first team place at the Turkish giants then there will be nobody left to blame but himself.
And if I were a statistics man, I would be on an
even more solid ground in my reading of the situation
next term as would stats of the recent
seasons gone
by would dictate.
Known for being something of a flair player, the 24 - year - old could prove an upgrade on both Willian and Cuadrado, in a move that would make sense for the Premier League champions as they look to do
even better
next season by going further in both the FA Cup and the Champions League.
I am sure Wenger would love to frustrate Klopp
even further
by blocking the sale of the Ox, but the situation could develop into a Walcottesque «sign Da Ting» situation during the
next campaign while Chamberlain goes further into the new
season without putting pen to paper, which is also possibility with Alex Sanchez if Wenger refuses to let the Chilean get his dream move to Man City....
What is worse, he has doubled down this
season,
by not selling these players now, in an attempt to get into the UCL
next season (I am sure
even Wenger does not think he can win the league with this lot).
First, we are not playing champions league football and
even if we qualify
by the end of
next season, we don't have what it takes to win it.
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete
next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed
by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean
by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position -
by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last
seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5
seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and
even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't
even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight,
even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated
by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it
even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
And that stadium's prestige
next year will be boosted
even further
by later hosting the SEC Championship, Peach Bowl, and National Championship, meaning it could host four of the
season's eight or so biggest games.
While it's perfectly possible that one or two of their decisions will still come back to haunt them, for now we believe this has been a perfectly shrewd month of rebuilding
by the Gunners,
even if it's not entirely evident until
next season.
What is absolutely certain though is that Cech will beat the record and increase it
by even more games over the
next few
seasons.
Our future is looking bright now let as start
by winning Europa then the Super Cup then go for the league
next season maybe
even the champions league!!!! Man it feels great to be able to dream again!
There are still big doubts in my mind about
next season being any better or
even any different if the Frenchman stays in charge, because we have had to suffer the same old story of unfulfilled promise time and time again, with certain questions coming up year in and year out, but three things recently have at least given some hope that Arsenal could be taken forward
by the current boss.
In Liverpool Coutinho, Lallana, Sturridge (if he avoids injuries), Mane, Clyne, Wijnaldum, Can and
even Mignolet (with highest concentration) are the players who have potential to be world class.Don't
even deny it.Listen I fear Klopp bringing Liverpool to its best because he's selling a lot of the average players and
by next season with some world class additions they are gonna spell disaster.
It's not all doom and gloom, the team & players will improve once they get sharper and we may
even get a new player or two, the Germans will take a few weeks to regain match fitness too, so it's just about grinding out results over the
next 3 games then we will see the real Arsenal, Everton started slowly just like us so maybe not the threat they were last
season YET then Beskitas again on a good pitch with more players available, followed up
by Leicester who should be easy to overcome.
So it is now widely accepted
by Arsenal fans that Alexis Sanchez will definitely not be at the Emirates
next season, and maybe not
even past January, but who are we going to get in to replace him?
Doubt it's gonna happen, no more marquee signings, not enough ambition, the amount of money we had and we brought one proven, quality player in for 33milliom, then two right backs and a backup goalie... Hmm... Not good enough if you ask me, I love the look of Chambers and Debuchy looks okay and Ospina ain't
even played yet, that's not good enough if you ask me, if we had true ambition, we would have gone all out for Khedira and someone like Reus or Cavani, we need to aim high but once again, I feel let down
by Wenger and I can not see us winning another trophy this
season unless something big happens within the
next two days I'm afraid.
As reported
by Arsenal.com, he wants the Gunners to remember that
even a fourth placed finish in the EPL table does not guarantee us a place in the Champions League group stage for
next season.
Everton actually began the
season well with a 1 - 0 win against Stoke in the opener, followed
by an
even more impressive draw at Manchester City in their
next match.

Progressing to the Europa League final
by beating Villarreal on Thursday could convert a few more non-believers, especially given all the questions asked and doubts raised during the past week, but that Liverpool have got this far in the competition should give fans every reason to believe going into
next season,
even if this first year of hope isn't passed with honours.
Some are

next season, they have failed
by achieving their highest ever points tally in the Premier league.
It had already been reported
by ESPN that Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe was considered and
even approached on the chances of succeeding Wenger come
next season which now seems highly unlikely considering Wenger's likelihood of signing an extension.
For now the Argentina is focused on the Premier League title race but
next season is looming and he would deal a significant blow to Arsenal,
even if it is just psychological,
by landing the Spaniard.
i am optimistic
by nature and
even tho theres been some woeful displays in recent
seasons i always go back and watch the
next game
even tho i id become dissapointed and disillusioned with our decline, but its not just about blind faith and hope... the manager hasnt givin us much to get excited bout in a while and i think fans have been more than patient..
Liverpool have the chance to salvage their
season by winning a title and
even get themselves into Champions League
next season as they successfully got through to Europa League final.
The fact we're
even discussing the possibility of Bolton playing in Europe
next season is a testament to how far the Trotters have come in such a short space of time under Owen Coyle, who has been lauded
by the English media all
season in binning their perception of being a relegation candidate and replacing it with one of mid-table stature, but also into a side which play some pretty slick football at times.
