First of all Arsenal
do not
even have the financial willingness to really pull of a # 60 million plus

deal done here, it's like a cut trout out here, I still going to try I am so eager to make my
first deal
Think of yourself as a real estate investor as fast as you can
even before you
do your
first deal.
The
deal came in to me from a For Sale By Owner lead via my Virtual Assistant — I didn't
even have to call at
first!
