Unfortunately,
even healthier versions of those snacks aren't always nutritionally dense.
Even the healthier versions available to purchase from health shops and online shops can be too heavy if they are made with so called yogurt or chocolate toppings, heavy loaded with nuts and / or artificial «low calorie» sweeteners.
My vegetarian daughter suggested adding corn and cooked - then - squeezed spinach for
an even healthier version.
I am curious to know what my calorie intake would be after making an (in my opinion)

They've been coming home with bags and bags of okra and since we aren't doing grains, egg, or even grain - free batter while we are on the autoimmune diet, I couldn't make fried okra (
even a healthy version).
Again,
even this healthiest version of molasses will feed candida and would only be eaten on an empty stomach (see honey above) after your inner ecosystem is well established and your candida symptoms have completely disappeared.
You could even leave out the chocolate chips if you are looking for
