These pancakes are really small so
even in a small pan you can get three or four going at the same time.

Instead of a square cake, you can make individual coffee cakes
in a greased 12 - cup muffin
pan or
even smaller, bites sized mini-muffins
in a mini muffin
pan.
I also start my sausage
in a dutch oven
pan, because then I can easily fit all the ingredients (
even a large skillet would be too
small when you double the recipe).
I just stand over the
pan, picking out the
small crispy bits (and burning my fingers
in the process)-- TheBetterHalf doesn't
even realize that those are the best part because I eat them all before he
even sees them.
You could certainly try them
in regular muffin tins or
even a
small square
pan (or mini loaf
pans, for
