even kettlebell moves distinct from your weight workout.

You can either rotate among stations or cycle through a series of
moves using any form of resistance — dumbbells,
kettlebell, sand bag, or
even resistance band — to target your upper and lower body and core and build muscular strength.
The first is that the
kettlebells are separate, allowing for the shoulder to
move in a more natural plane,
even a plane that is unique to its structure; a barbell doesn't allow this.
Ironically, not many people can tell the difference between a
kettlebell and a dumbbell; and
even less people can
move heavy
kettlebells.
This somewhat obvious point is actually
even greater than one might think because once the arms and
kettlebell are
moved beyond parallel with the ground, the athlete is at a disadvantage.
