You could make these in a tart pan or
even a muffin pan.

Instead of a square cake, you can make individual coffee cakes in a greased 12 - cup
muffin pan or
even smaller, bites sized mini-muffins in a mini
muffin pan.
I used a small cake
pan that's about 10 cm (4 inches), but if you don't have such
pan, you can use 2 - 3 mini tart
pans or
even muffin molds.
I have a 1/4 cup spoon I used to portion it out and I did less than 1/4 c and needed to use
