At this point, I am thankful for my husband who took on the night shifts throughout his paternity leave and
even on some work nights, which gave me slightly more rest time as I mainly focused on pumping sessions at nights.

Without help, I have no freaking clue how I'd write,
work with clients, be around for my kids as much as I am, keep my house clean, go

even from that first drop that they are taking, but the percentage of it compare to the fore milk is lower but then the throughout the feeding as your babies

I find that if I'm
working out and lifting heavier, then later at

even like brown rice and quinoa (which have the carb element to them which is just not good
on the love handle region!).
Yes I've looked
on this site for intermittent fasting and other sites, it seemingly
works even on different schedules (some people seem to fast at the
night time, some early mornings, some
evenings...) I tried to view my month fasting in a similar way, but then I am confused as to how to come back to regular eating patterns.
It is also very effective at reducing flatulence (it
even works on dogs - we add it to our dog's dinner every
night!).
I
work out once in the morning and once at
night; I always do my morning workout
on an empty stomach, and do my
evening one after dinner.
Thanks for the info, I found 2 weeks ago, that I have a hard time of burning fats... versus carbs during training or maybe something else was going
on (there was has been a change in my workouts from morning to
evening too)... but I started eating 75g or so of carbs at
night (with same training intensity,, mostly aerobic with 2 days of «speed») the following week my energy levels were back to normal... not sure I do so well in ketogenic state or perhaps I wasn't as balanced as I should have been (carb, protein, fat) or my body just isn't acclimitized to those things yet (ketosis)...
working on it though...
Even though I
worked on Friday, Thursday
night felt like the unofficial start to my weekend.
Velvet Teddy is matte but it goes
on super creamy and opaque with one swipe and doesn't dry my lips out which is a major bonus, the shade is super wearable for daytime at
work or
even on a
night out and because the lipstick bullet is smaller it's so precise and easy to put
on!
I would wear this ensemble to brunch, out shopping with the girls,
on a casual date
night (wedge booties are the PERFECT footwear for a date when you might be walking a fair bit or
on uneven ground, you get a bit of height while staying comfortable), or
even to
work.
The look
worked out so well that I wore it all weekend as seen here
on our family day out visiting the monuments and then later that
evening for our date
night.
On a more serious note than I originally intended this post to be: I encourage you guys to find time for you & your partner to get out of your daily routine and go do something fun that you both enjoy...
even if that routine is currently
working 60
nights straight (including Sat & Sun), make it happen.
