The majority of our processed / packaged foods (
even some organic versions) contain added sugar, preservatives, excessive sodium and additives.
Certain agave nectar products are lower in fructose than others, but
even organic versions contain far too much.

There's something about Heinz classic ketchup that can't be denied: it's pretty much the best — and the
organic version tastes
even better than the original.
Coconut nectar is one of my favourite sweeteners, and here's a laundry list as to why: it's low GI (35), very affordable (

Raw milk stands head and shoulders above its dead, pasteurized
version and you do not
even have to insist on
organic raw milk.
For example, many people who have digestive issues, toxicity or other health complaints need to initially fix their gut or detox with an extremely «clean» and restrictive diet that eliminates notorious problem foods such as dairy, grains, nightshades, red meat, etc. —
even the healthy,
organic, natural
versions of these foods.
Then
even healthy, whole and
organic versions of these foods will set up silent inflammation in your gut.
Number two, garlic becomes
even cheaper considering that buying the
organic version is a waste of money, for acne or health.
We use palm oil in this house for times when i would like to use coconut oil but I know my husband would object as he is very sensitive to the taste of the coconut oil (
even the wonderful
organic versions that do not taste strong to me) and he is fine with the palm oil.
