EXCEPT instead of using tahini, you're going to use either sun butter (made from sunflower seeds) or plain cashew butter or
even plain almond butter.

Even though I'm a chocolate /
almond butter / banana addict through and through, I wanted to nail down a healthy,
plain / vanilla doughnut recipe first.
