Let me show you a really simple technique that you can use with the previous technique i showed you about using individual keywords instead
of pasting a bunch
of keywords and its really a one - click technique to get
even more great keywords from the Google Adwords Keyword tool so I've already gone ahead and done a search for «fishing tips» just a single keyword if you didn't
see that previous video you want to watch that because that's a really good little tip there i'll put a link in this video so you can click through and
see that video number two in this series but once you've done your search will simply go down here to keyword options click this little pencil icon here and you'll
see this option to only show ideas closely related to my search terms now everybody knows about this this year but a lot
of people don't take the time to actually use it so if you simply just click the toggle their turn it on and then hit save what it's going to do is going to only bring back keyword terms that are closely related to «fishing tips» and here's one
more hot tip for you it is specific to singular and plural so for instance if my original
see keyword was «fishing tips» and I've selected to only show closely related ideas my results are going to have the word tips plural in them so if I will just take a second and remove that s after i've downloaded the file for «fishing tips» let's do that again «fishing tips» i've downloaded the file all my terms have the word tips in them now come right back up here i remove the s so singular and i search again now i'm going to get back results that have the word tip instead
of tips and then because i have only show closely related ideas now just to show you a sample what will happen when you do that you remember this is the file i showed you in the previous video and you'll remember from that video that our competitors because they're just pasting in a bunch
of keywords and hitting search they're getting back 706 results for this sample test here so they would get 706 keywords and that's what they would take off with them and start to decide which what pages they want to make for seo or how they want to set the pay - per - click campaign ok we're using these other methods taking a few extra seconds to really understand how the Google Adwords Keyword tool works and with this new method
of both using singular and plural but selecting only show closely related ideas we now have for the exact
same keywords we have 2867 keywords we got back so we're walking away with 2867 keywords our competitor for the very saying input terms is only getting 706 we're getting four times as many keywords for the Google Adwords Keyword Tool you can take this information and you can use it to really grow your business because there's some really excellent keywords that your competitors are overlooking simply because they don't understand how to use the Google Adwords Keyword tool so this has been helpful for you once you've used the google keyword planner to find lots
of new keyword ideas what do you do with all those keywords the biggest problem is that you can there's so many keyword tools out there you can get hundreds
of thousands
of keywords by spending a day using the different keyword tools but what you do with all that information the answer is a cool tool called keyword grouper pro and keyword grouper pro is completely free there's not
even an opt - in you simply download the tool now at the top
of this video there's a link if you click that i'll show you exactly how to use keyword grouper pro it doesn't matter where you got your keywords from i'm going to show you how to take those keywords group them into tight groups and then you can set up your campaigns know exactly which groups represent buyers and once you know where the buyers are at you can simply focus your marketing in that area to make
more profit in your business

even more powerless in my struggle with sin.I decided one day no
more enough was enough i needed to get my life back in order. That was years ago and it was a process over 5 years that God dealt with all those things in my life that needed fixing most days i just said to him Lord i cant do this i just do nt have the strength and he said thats okay you cant do it anyway just trust me.So now now i l know what it means to be an overcomer in Christ sin does not have the victory over me anymore because Jesus is my strength in my weakness.I know i cant live a christian life in my strength but i certainly can with Christ in me he is my strength and in him i am an overcomer. If this is speaking to others just want to let you know that you to can be an overcomer you do nt have to struggle or battle with your walk or feel miserable because you give in to sin there is a better way.Just admit that you cant do it and ask for his help for the holy spirit is in you and he is the one who helps us in our weakness.regards brentnz

Of course it would be silly to suggest that winning any game, cup or otherwise, isn't good for the club, but let's remember just how problematic FA Cup success has been for this club... Besides several teams who have questions surrounding one or possibly two players, there is no squad that has so many issues heading into the final week
of the transfer window...
even Monaco, who have lost numerous players from their starting 11 have less controversy swirling in and around their club and they have champion's league play to contend with this season... just think
of how ridiculous this situation is especially considering that we have had the
same manager for over 20 years... no team should be better organized than ours... if nothing else, that should be the one advantage this team holds over all others, yet the exact opposite has occurred... this fact is
even more disturbing considering the main argument against removing Wenger from his managerial position was that there was no suitable replacement and that people feared some sort
of perceived drop - off if a new manager was brought into the mix... based on what we've witnessed since the time
of his contract renewal a monkey with a magic eight ball could have done an adequate job... I hate to make jokes, in light
of our current dilemma, but this team is so screwed up if I don't laugh about it, the only plausible response is to either cry or do something incredibly destructive... just look around this squad and try to
see what our delusional manager
sees that allow him to make such positive statements about our current team
I'm so sick
of people telling those
of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and -
see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part
of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing
of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement,
even though everyone
of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far
more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie
of all: that we couldn't spend because
of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink
even lower by choosing our next coach the
same way they choose our players, on the cheap...
even so, we need to
see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
However, I certainly expected
more from Arsenal this year and
even though this season has been one
of the strangest that I can remember, and we probably won't
see the
same from Leicester and hopefully Tottenham next year, there is a strong possibility that this season could actually be the worst for the Gunners in a decade in terms
of numbers.
keep believing welbz and in the event we
see more of the
same impact performances then (who knows) you might emerge from RVP or
even Sanchez» shadow but the master Thierry is such a very hard act to follow because he personified an unrelenting will to win, he instilled admiration as well as fear in all our rivals, added to that he was surrounded by share quality.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety
of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style
of play has become a shadow
of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out
of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid
of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the
same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can
even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out
of our own end (I have
seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've
seen pace from the likes
of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play
of Monreal, but none
of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio
of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the
more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part
of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a
more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part
of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature
of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player
of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out
of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front
of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I
see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that,
of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but
even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one
of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one
of the most committed skill players we've
seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already
of course... strangely enough,
even he doesn't make sense given the constructs
of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would
even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack
of mobility is an albatross around the necks
of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because
of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
total failure... Can you believe Wenger spent 32 millions on 2 average players (Chambers and Welbeck) and is penny pinching when is sbout real class players? What is in his mind?Pay a fortune in salary for mediocre players live Walcott, Ramsey and Wilshere and have hesitations about increasing Sanchez wages... keeping on books failures like Sanogo... The truth is - I say it for years and years - until the «British core» disapears, we are not going to be succesful. The low quality
of British players is dragging the team back.Last time Arsenal was a powerhouse NONE
of the first 11 was British.Wanna
see how the British quality looks like in a football team - look no further than national sides
of England, Scotland, N Ireland, Wales,
even Ireland (not British but
same style)- all mediocre teams «able» to be defeated by any team coming to mind. And you are asking about Chambers? He is in the
same mold like Wilshere,Walcott,Ox,Ramsey,Gibs,Jenkinson - mediocre overpriced and overpaid players. The world is full with hungry, ambitious and skilled players living in poverty and dreaming
of moving to the top at any cost or sacrifice (did you
see the poor house - if you can call that house, looking
more like an old tent - in which Alexis Sanchez grew up?Or Suarez?)
just reading around and all if not most rags are saying our net spend is # 46 million how can they tell that when they do nt
even know what our real budget is if it was # 100 million then we are in profit by quite a bit i do nt really know what they base there assumptions on this is where you could do with swiss ramble to dissect what really was spent from what i could
see most
of our 5 transfers were covered by out goings and c / l monies earned debuchy - vela deal, chambers - vermalen deal, ospina - cesc and miquel deals sanchez c / l monies and other monies recovered from wages and old installment based deals this is the
same with welbeck i would imagine if not then poldolski will be sold in jan to cover this as i think he was going to be sold and this would have covered welbecks transfer
more or less also and people do nt always realize that arsenal have money coming in from
more than one source to cover transfers not just puma and emirates deals we have property arm
of the club which makes money for transfers also outstanding debts we are owed
of old transfers we receive each year on song cesc maybe van persie and all other structured deals in installment payments sales we just flogged miquel as an example and all the monies from released wages and youths sold its a bit to complex to just say we have a net spend
of xyz when arsenal do nt
even make the budget public so they have no starting point from which to go from i bet you we have broke
even or
even made a slight profit as we are self sustaining it would make sense that we can break
even or at least make the net spend under # 10 million each year at least screw then all we are the arsenal we do thing our way
Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey -
Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always
see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for
more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much
more responsiblities putting
more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the
same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the
same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger
more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
No we should not have got him because he was never the
same player.The Cesc Fabregas
of arsenal will not be the
same anywhere because i believe there was a connection between arsenal and him that
even made him play
more beyond his standards i will never forget him ever.To me he is one
of the best passers i had ever
seen when he was in arsenal i
even though he was the best.He ould have been winning highest assists every single season had it not been his injury proness.
You are the only one who doesn't give Coquelin the credit that is going around
even Wenger praises him as do other professionals.Look this is not about Coquelin this is about your coments on players age that you say at 20 are not in the
same league as any at 25 bull shit, Fabragas Rooney Wiltshire Bellerin Ashely cole
even Welbeck at United are class players at under 21You think that a player only matures at 25 or older you have no idea on a players ability, you just come out with this bull shit to make out you know about players.Well let's
see as you say at end
of season who has
more knowledge on a player to make the big time CB
Secondly, Wenger needs to become far
more flexible when it comes to his formation selections... remember this is the
same individual that hadn't used a 3 - back system for 20 years and only conceded to the experiment when the proverbial shit hit the fan... you know it killed him to adopt «Conte's» system, which is probably why he resisted so long; in fact his stubbornness to adjust
even earlier might have cost us the 4 hole... much like most sports that have tactical formations, every team should have a «base» offensive and defensive scheme, but they likewise need to have some inherent flexibility depending on the opposing teams tactics and / or when specific substitutions are made... how many times have you watched a Wenger - run team make a late substitution but not change their shape on the pitch... furthermore, how many times have you
seen our team fail to make the necessary adjustments at halftime due to Wenger's tactical stubbronness, which often led to giving up goals in the early minutes
of the second - half... the best teams in the world know how to make halftime adjustments whereas we always seem to be surprised when the opposing team throws a wrinkle into the mix following halftime... this my friend is soccer 101
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition
of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release
of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will
see a team that still has far
more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state
of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid
of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the
same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy
of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid
of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid
of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to
see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction
of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return
of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort
of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative
of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition
of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle
of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any
of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind
of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack
of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result
of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest
of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands
of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and
even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none
of the aforementioned had
more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club
of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't
even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid
of some serious deadweight,
even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field
of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version
of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history
of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet
of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival
of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone
of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players
of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that
of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part
of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win
more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded
more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet
of those who were well aware all along
of the potential pitfalls
of just such a plan but continued to follow it
even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
I'm not defending his sulking but trust me if Gerrard, Suarez, Messi and Ronaldo were here they'll all be left frustrated. They will have to encourage the Arsenal players
more than hundred times in one match. The big question remains if our players ever listen?I've
seen many matches where Sanchez has urged and encourage our players to show
more fight. He's done this a lot through his actions and words too.I'm remember when he came here and was tracking back, showing fight to win the ball and all that it made many
of our players copy the
same thing.We
even confessed that Sanchez is having a positive impact in our team due to his efforts. Now becausehe wants to leavexpeople are speaking only about his negative side.I remember many people here saying they wouldn't bother and be angry if Sanchez wants to leave because our players show no fight.Didn't we say this here?Peopleare not giving him the credit he deserves.
Cazorla is no spring chicken and it will be interesting to
see if he can return with the
same kind
of abilities as before, his injury... If so, then great, It would mean that Wenger has
more options to rotate with quality, We may
even see Cazorla used further up the field, Giving Ozil a breather during games.
We are indeed, unlikely to
see any
more big incoming signings (zero reports about interest in central midfield, and with Arsene seemingly intent on keeping Ox and
even Wilshere, it seems like he's erring on the side
of mostly keeping faith with the
same players for the umpteenth summer in a row; just once I'd like him to err on the side
of taking risks with the squad by shaking things up and having a bit
more turnover in order to significantly improve us, but there you go...).
@ Annoyed, I also must admit that I slightly underestimated Boro, evn thou I was the one who used to mention to not do that here, I also agree with you about the suggestion
of bringing the young guys up to get experienced for the next season. But franckly my friend, please watch the reply
of the game again, The boro defense were so opened for an usual full attack Arsenal way
of play.In the 1st half they were evn panicking evrytime we attacked
of which we shoud have taken advtges but did nt happen. The
more attack you launch on pressure to your opponent, the
more chance you have for scoring a goal. And we did have the opportunity from the fact that Boro's defense were desorganised during the 1st half and the 1st 20mn
of the 2nd half, counter attack launch opportunity were a lot but we just did nt take them, which means that Its us who did nt take our chance at best but not Boro is the good team.Hull city!!? i totaly agree that they are much stronger and physical team, as well as newcastl or westham or portsmouth or Avilla. But that game yestday was not so tight as the
same we played agst those team tht I mentioned above, we could have clearly won that game if we played a bit stronger, did nt
even need lots
of our skill capacity but just a bit
of acceleration, then we could have had
more chance to score, watch the reply and u will
see yourself.

15 In fact, type 2 diabetes (T2D)-- a condition stemming from broken glucose metabolism and insulin signaling — has been identified as an additional risk factor for developing AD.16, 17 Moreover, the pathological changes that occur in AD in the brain physically resemble those
seen in the pancreas and vasculature in T2D.9, 18 Type 2 diabetics who carry ApoE4 alleles are at the greatest risk for AD, with an
even more severe risk reserved for those treated with exogenous insulin.19 This suggests that either T2D or related features
of the metabolic syndrome bring about AD, or that they are separate consequences
of the
same underlying cause — and moreover, that insulin is a key factor.
