Even Sweeter
This morning, after I realized a yawning void on the bread end, I threw the pizza plans for the
evening out the window and decided to use my last yeast block in favor of a proper
breakfast including... well, I wasn't exactly sure on what to do with it but had a vague notion of a
sweet yeast roll or similar in mind.
Refreshing and
sweet with a kick of spicy fresh ginger flavor, this Peach Ginger Chia Seed Pudding is perfect summer dessert or
even breakfast.
I recently discovered I am intolerant to oats & cows milk so I had to change my
breakfasts, and this is what I came up with... Every Sunday
evening I make a large bowl of quinoa, with it I mix in raisins (to make it
sweeter), cashews, pecans, pine nuts, chia seeds and flaxseed and dish them into 5 different containers.
And I didn't
even feel that bad about «pie for
breakfast» because, heck, there's 2 full
sweet potatoes and 2 cups of quinoa in there!!
Banana bread makes wonderful
breakfast, mid-day snack, or

sweet dessert topped with honey or Sugar - Free Jam.

I'm planning to add
even more filtering options in recipes: KetoDiet Blog: Recipes I don't use hemp seeds that often, maybe apart from a few recipes, but I do use chia seeds in many
sweet breakfast options.
I no longer needed that
sweet taste after a meal (
even breakfast!)
