Place the streaky bacon rashers
on a lightly greased (a teaspoon vegetable oil, spread
evenly with
kitchen towel) griddle pan, chargriller or baking sheet for a couple of minutes, then turn around and cook
on the other side.
Place the sun dried tomatoes
on a cutting board
evenly spaced (with room to grow) and cover them with a piece of
kitchen parchment paper and then a tea
towel and flatten them by lightly pounding them with a
kitchen mallet.
