You, and in the event of your death, your family, dependents, heirs, assignees or any other beneficiaries of your estate, indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any claim by you, or your partner (if applicable), (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, relating to any injury, loss, liability, expense and / or damage which you may suffer, howsoever arising, in relation to your entry into this competition and / or acceptance and / or use by you of a prize.

That coverage would pay the claim if it were proven to be your fault and a result of your negligence, but it also pays to defend you in the event that a claim is made or a suit is brought against you for those injuries.

I understand that in signing this agreement, I am releasing the Sailing Center from any and all claims for personal injuries or property damage that may be incurred as a result of my child participating if the above described event, even if such injuries or damage were caused by the negligence of the Sailing Center employees.

This certificate will provide you with a claim option in the event of fraud or negligence.
