Just like Rick Bayless did a few years back with Tortas Frontera (which now has a couple
locations within the
airport), Kahan and co. prove that it is actually possible to eat thoughtfully sourced, professionally served, beautifully cooked food in the seemingly
ever - more post-apocalyptic hell that is our country's aviation system.
Ever since the
airport was built, tourism to Siargao has risen significantly, and now it has become a vibrant
location with great nightlife and a wide range of accommodation available — anything from cheap hostels to luxurious resorts.
