gym, the majority of guys is trying to
do this but only a few of them
ever succeed.
To
do that you need to spend a lot of time
in the
gym training and micro-tearing muscle fibers, so they can be rebuilt bigger and stronger and cope with the
ever - increasing load.
I decided to get a power rack and barbell set last year and it was one of the best decisions i
ever made.There are some downsides to it to but not that many.I miss the people who used to be thereat the
gym as well.But now i get to train the way i want and don t get pts telling me to jump from one machine to the other... i can even
do pull ups and chins which i never could back then cause they kept telling me i would be disapointed... at home you can keep on trying and there is no one there to watch you.And you know what the power rack is there right
in the middle of the living room
Did you
ever go to the
gym and try to get
in a few reps when out of no where some swole dude jumps on your machine / weights when you're
in between sets?
If for some erroneous reason you don't agree with this, then you are wrong, and I'd also wager that for your efforts
in the
gym you've built about as much muscle as my cat, and unless you either get your priorities straight, or resort to drugs, that's pretty much all you'll
ever have.
After all the years and months I spent at the
gym, I was completely fed up with my lack of results and at that point I was determined to
do whatever it took to get my body
in the best shape
ever.
For years,
in every
gym I have
ever been to — and now, on social media — I've seen people
doing squats.
However, maximum definition
in the abs and midsection comes from losing bodyfat, and the most effective exercises featured
in my program for that goal are various forms of swings and snatches (unique dumbbell or kettlebell exercises that almost nobody
ever does in normal
gyms), squats, deadlifts, lunges, step - ups, clean & presses, mountain climbers, sprinting, and other full body exercises and calisthenics.
Have you
ever seen an athlete that
does not look very impressive, can't lift very much weight
in the
gym, however, shows deceptively strong qualities when playing a sport.
If you don't track what you put into your body or what you're
doing in the
gym, how can you
ever expect to progress?
I recently saw a woman
in my
gym do dumbbell presses with the smallest / lightest dumbbells I've
ever seen
in my life.
New Years Resolutions are stupid, you should already be
doing those things, coming up so that means LOTS of people coming into the
gyms, many of them for the first time either
ever or
in a loooooong time.
i trained mma for six years just slowed down not at my home

Hey Doc I started training at the age of 13 and literally never stopped
ever I have had major knee surgeries 5 or so years ago I have had countless stressful jobs I could not stand I finally said enough is enough and pursued by Personal training career I have an unbelievable passion for the fitness / nutrition lifestyle I'm 26 now at the age of 22 - 23 I achieved body fat percentage of 2 percent while working a back breaking job and literally sleeping 2 - 3 hours a night due to my hormone imbalance I didn't have a spoil meal
in 8 months I was finally achieving the look I've been longing for for the 10 years I was already training and it was due to proper training times and nutrition little
did i know I was already deep
in a over trained zone for years before that I used to spend 3 - 5 hours a day
in the
gym from the age of 14 through 19 years old i just loved it so much and though more was better as I got older I got smarter I studied non stop this all leads to my decline at age 23 I look back and I know every little thing I
did wrong basically al all started at work 3 years ago to make a very long story short I had continued dizziness lack of sex drive for years insomnia all of the above to the 10th degree I know I've abused my body not many can say they have
done the work i have
done in gyms over all these years I left work one night with sharp pains
in my abdomen got blood work
done got called back a week or so later and was notified
in A very unprofessional way that at the age of 23 I had a testosterone level of 73.6 I have all the blood work to prove it from then on I was treated horribly by doctors none believing what I havenput myself through
in the prior years basically going into every appointment and teaching each person endos euros physicians etc..
I was shedding body fat faster than I could
ever remember, my strength
in the
gym was not dropping and was even increasing on some exercises and I didn't
ever feel tired.
Now, thanks to my work
in the
gym I very rarely
do anything to my nails other than a cut and file, but our Kelly H has potentially some of the best colour combos on her talons I have
ever seen!
I was committed, and determined to
do my best
in the race and I actually had more fun with these workout than I
ever have
in any other time being a
gym rat.
What can i say about my self am Aleksandar or you can call me Sasa am from the former country of Yugoslavia i lived
in the US almost all my life favorite things to
do are partying with friends playing soccer everyday going to the
gym to keep a good body hehe i am not cocky or will i
ever be i am nic...
Playing my first -
ever videogame again comes very naturally, like ultimate gaming comfort food, and while I
do play Yellow
in some form at least once a year, I rarely get beyond the second
gym badge because that's usually how much progress I can make
in a single lazy day.
Many households might have unnecessary «extras» that they don't think about, such as
gym memberships that might not be utilised
in their entirety, or magazine and online subscriptions that run month to month without
ever being re-assessed as to whether they're absolutely necessary.
