but, im ok with this vardy transfer... it shows us many things: 1) wenger is changing, something some of us
have been demanding for a long time; 2) it shows that wenger is taking risks: think about it, he is buying a men for a not cheap price, knowing he could not getting anything after, with a future sell i mean... this is an act that shows wengers
intentions to win something, the buy is not motivated by any financial or economic reason but only for a «get the f epl once again» reason... this is an act that shows us hungry, even if we fail, we could said we try... first
ever, we really try; 3) finally but very important... vardy is the kind of player we need... he is a warrior, a fighter... he
has character... look at how he celebrate his goals... full of energy... he, like alexis, can motivate the team when the things are not going in our way (something wenger cant do because of his age and because he
has never been an active coach on the pitch)... the vardy transfer, if it finish
well, is a demostration of a change, and a
good one... lets take care of winning things and do nt look the economic side for once... vardy is a bit old, but we can give a chance to welbeck after maybe, or akpom... u are not thinking about the future when we talk about ibra... guys: u complain when wenger do nt spend or because he is always looking for the bargain when u are the guys who
has to pay the very expensive tickets... u complain when wenger buy the always for the future guy... like morata... stop to complain for everything and be consequent with yourself... i
would love auba, but it is not going to happen... lukaku is awesome but the asking price is stupid... lets try with vardy, give us the throphy..
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we
have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them
have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I
would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who
has never played
better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to
have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he
has no
intention of staying... Ramsey
has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he
has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox
have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds
ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both
have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no
good team can afford to
have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far
has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he
has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence
has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure
has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
If, as I strongly doubt, there was
ever any
intention to try for Mahrez, that ship
has long since sailed and Wenger must know that
better than anyone.
Whoever it is that is chosen by the new look boardroom will
have quite a to - do - list, top of that list will be tracking down the
ever not so present owner Randy Lerner, his
intentions with the club are critical, so far its been a simple blueprint — sell all the
best players and hide.

had no
intention of going for goal.work rate is all
well and
good and being able to put it in from 3 yards but if he is going to lead the line he needs to
have a proper strikers instinct.sure enough if we give away enough stupid free kicks then the opposition will score because we cant defend and thats exactly what happened.we'll be winning nothing unless we buy some players with spines and balls.getting beat to 2 newly promoted teams and spurs at home.way to let chelsea off the hook fellas.what did wenger say yesterday...»
