I went on a grain - free
diet in 2001 and it's been so helpful, I've
stuck with it
ever since.
Many of the practices and recipes we learnt that day have
stuck with me
ever since and this week I made the first steps towards a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free
diet.
I didn't have the heart to make her drink it, since she cried harder than I
ever heard her cry before So we just
stuck with the dairy - free
diet, and exactly 4 weeks after starting, she was cleared up!
totally worthless (other than a 2 week clean out) that is it, and if you
stick on it for health reasons you will develop them, when you have destroyed you gut, you will get systemic candida which vegan

with ever bite you take (everthing in vegan
diet's rot's) meats, and eggs are digested by enzymes so don't lie about healthy benefits of vegan BS
am on Day 6 First time... has been the easiest
diet ever and was 6 ponds down on the 5th Day and I agree that this
diet has lots of nutrition... do nt know what the person above was talking about (dangerously low in nutrition and calories) I have been a purest
with it as well and have not suffered any... my version allows Beef or skinless chicken on the meat days and does not have all the added things I have seen above; but my cravings for chocolate, ice cream, cookies etc have dissapeared... my
diet also warns to take a two week break between rounds... I am hoping the next two weeks I will eat smaller portions and
stick to healthy foods... then I will try for the next 10 pounds
Of course until the in vitro is commercially viable and low - energy (if
ever), we can
stick with the really easy, inexpensive, lower - carbon, old - school (Diet for a Small Planet) approach of just shifting our
diets more towards plants and away from animal products.
