I've just been given a large amount of hemp powder and wonder if you've
ever used it in a smoothie or thickie, and / or if you have any ideas on how I might go about using it....

smoothie for my morning meal and I was glad to discover that Arugula need not be
used only
in salads but can be blended
in smoothies as well and tastes as delicious as
ever.
Oddly enough, I don't think I've
ever used melon
in a
smoothie!

ever present bag of cubed bread
in our freezer taking up precious space that could be
used for the frozen fruit he needs to make his morning
smoothie.
Using frozen berries results
in an
ever so slightly tastier
smoothie, because frozen strawberries negate the need to add ice cubes, which further dilute the flavor.
I have been doing kefir for a few years and I have never refriderated it — it never goes bad or spoils — the white slimy is unusual — maybe cause its» un» --- pasteurized - milk --- - I make my kefir from a --- non - fat gallon of regular store bought milk - and don't have any issues its great — I make cheese and juice — the cheese is for dips — and salads and tuna mix and all that — great
in soups and stews — the juice I make protein
smoothies out of it — every day a 16 ounce
smoothie — just protein powder and kefir juice and sometimes a blender with banana or some other fruit — its awesome and I have no digestive issues

ever drink And it's certainly not as good as one you could make at home
using whole food natural ingredients.
